Refund and Subscription Policy
The 30-night guarantee
Try Glym Drop for 30 nights. If your sleep does not improve, return the product for a full refund of your purchase price. This applies even to empty bottles. We cover return shipping.
The 30-night window begins on the date your order is delivered. To initiate a return, contact us at support@glym.co with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label within one business day.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
The 30-night guarantee applies to your first order of each product SKU. It is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@glym.co within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your next billing date is within 24 hours when you cancel, we will apply the cancellation to the following cycle and refund the charge that has just processed.
Cancelling your subscription does not affect the 30-night money-back guarantee on your most recent order if it falls within the 30-night window.
Pausing your subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to three months through your account dashboard. Your next billing date will be pushed back by the duration of the pause. Pausing does not affect any existing outstanding orders.
