Terms of Service

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Glym Pty Ltd (ABN [number]), a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia ("Glym," "we," "us"). By purchasing a Glym product or using the Glym app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

You must be 18 or older to purchase Glym Drop. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Glym Drop is a listed complementary medicine (AUST L [number]) sold as a monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase. It is a food supplement, not a registered medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The Glym app is a free mobile application that provides sleep tracking and lifestyle analysis. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

When you subscribe, your payment method is charged the current subscription price on the date of your first order and on the same date each month thereafter. The current price is $65 AUD per month, flat across all product SKUs, inclusive of GST.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent months but will not receive a refund for the current period unless you qualify under our 30-night money-back guarantee.

We may update subscription prices with 30 days notice to your registered email address. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the price change takes effect.

If you are not satisfied with Glym Drop within the first 30 nights of your first order, you may return the product (including empty bottles) for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs for returns are covered by Glym. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may use the Glym app for personal, non-commercial sleep tracking. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the app. You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable Australian law.

The app is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app with reasonable notice. We will not discontinue the app without providing subscribers with at least 60 days notice.

All content on the Glym website and app, including copy, design, trademarks, and software, is owned by or licensed to Glym Pty Ltd. You may not use our brand, trademarks, or content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Glym's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Glym products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Before commencing legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at legal@glym.co to allow us to resolve the dispute directly. We will respond within 10 business days.
